• Interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers connected to the Services

• Use the Services to violate any applicable law or regulation, including advertising and affiliate marketing regulations
• Use the Services in a manner that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others

Our Content. The Site, its design, layout, graphics, logos, trademarks, code, and all non-user-generated content (collectively, "Our Content") are the property of Pin Ready Pro and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Our Content without our express written permission.

Your Generated Content. Content you generate using our tools belongs to you. You are free to use, modify, publish, and distribute your generated Pinterest content for personal or commercial purposes, including affiliate marketing. We claim no ownership over content you generate.

User-Submitted Content. If you submit content to us (such as through the contact form or email), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use that content for the purpose of responding to your inquiry and improving our Services.

The Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding:

• The accuracy, quality, or reliability of AI-generated content
• The suitability of generated content for any particular purpose
• Any specific income, traffic, sales, commissions, or Pinterest engagement results
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Services

• Amazon Associates Program Operating Agreement (if applicable)
• Any other affiliate program terms and conditions
• Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines on endorsements and affiliate disclosures
• All applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations

Pin Ready Pro is not affiliated with Pinterest, Amazon, Etsy, Shopify, or any other platform mentioned on the Site. We are not responsible for any consequences resulting from your use of generated content on third-party platforms.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Pin Ready Pro and its owners, operators, affiliates, and contributors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities
• Loss of data or content
• Account suspension on Pinterest or other platforms
• Affiliate program termination or commission clawbacks
• Any other damages resulting from your use of the Services

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or $100 USD, whichever is greater.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Pin Ready Pro and its owners, officers, employees, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with:
